Your concept enters our design studio. Our in-house team produces tech-packs ready for production — at no extra cost.
Material Sourcing
We select from a curated library of performance fabrics — moisture-wicking polyester, compression blends, recycled materials — tested to ISO standards.
Pattern Cutting
CNC precision cutting ensures every panel is identical to the millimetre. 40+ silhouette templates optimised for athletic movement.
Sublimation Printing
Dye-sublimation embeds colour into the fibre — it never cracks, peels, or fades. Unlimited colours, edge-to-edge coverage.
Assembly & Finishing
Skilled machinists assemble panels using flatlock and overlock stitching. Badges, numbers, and labels applied at this stage.
Quality Control
Every piece passes a 12-point inspection: construction, print accuracy, size conformance, seam strength, colorfastness.
Packaging
Kits are polybaged, labeled, and packed by squad or size run. Bulk orders ship on pallets with full tracking docs.
